3050 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

By registering an account or using any service on the 3050 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 3050 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
Account Creation & User Eligibility
To use 3050's services, you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the account:
- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 3050 does not permit any underage individual to register or use this platform in any capacity.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple registrations using the same or different identities are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being terminated without prior notice.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the 3050 support team within a reasonable time.
For identity verification purposes and to comply with know-your-customer procedures, 3050 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All 3050 users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including temporary suspension or permanent account closure:
The 3050 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment purposes. Any attempt to exploit the system, manipulate game outcomes, or use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
Any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity involving the 3050 platform is strictly prohibited. Such cases will be reported to the relevant authorities.
All deposits must use legitimate funds that belong to you. Using someone else's credit card or bank account without authorisation is a serious violation of these terms.
Users are prohibited from abusing platform promotions or bonuses. Attempting to exploit offers unfairly — including opening multiple accounts to receive repeat bonuses — is a breach of these terms.
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the 3050 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and all financial activity in your account:
Deposits: Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed in the Wallet section of your account, including FPX, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. All deposits are final and non-reversible once processed. 3050 is not liable for any delays caused by your bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the bank account registered in the same user's name. 3050 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal. Withdrawals involving bonus funds are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the respective promotional terms.
Limits & Taxes: Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes imposed by Malaysian authorities on their winnings. 3050 does not act as a tax agent and does not automatically deduct taxes from user winnings.
Any dispute relating to a transaction must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.
Limitation of Liability & Account Closure Policy
3050 Limitation of Liability
3050 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data. 3050's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made in the 30 days preceding the claim.
The 3050 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. While we work to minimise downtime, scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur from time to time.
Account Suspension & Closure
3050 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances without prior notice:
- Detection of fraudulent activity or attempts to manipulate the system.
- Breach of any term set out in this document.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
- Request from the relevant authorities.
- Detection that the account holder is an underage individual.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Users whose accounts are suspended for verification reasons may contact 3050 customer support to complete the verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Amendments
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 3050 platform are the exclusive property of 3050 or its relevant third-party licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from 3050. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links
The 3050 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that 3050 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access third-party links entirely at your own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
3050 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
